Terms of Use
DogParkly is a free directory of public dog parks. By using the site you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
What the listings are
The listings are compiled from OpenStreetMap and from open data sets published by cities and counties, as described in How the data is built. They are for general information only. A listing is not a statement by the park authority, and a missing feature means only that no source confirms it.
Parks open, close and change their rules, hours and facilities. Before you visit, check the current rules with the park authority and follow the signs on site. You are responsible for your dog, including leash, licence and vaccination rules that apply where you are.
No guarantee
We build the listings with care but cannot guarantee that they are complete, current or correct, or that the site is always available. The site is provided free of charge and "as is".
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage that results from using the listings or the site, including injury to people or animals at a park. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Links to other websites
The site links to data sources, park websites and Google Maps. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content. If we learn that a linked page breaks the law, we remove the link.
Data licences
Park data from OpenStreetMap is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database License (ODbL). The map tiles are © OpenStreetMap contributors. City and county data are subject to the terms of their publishers, listed on How the data is built. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under those licences. DogParkly is not affiliated with OpenStreetMap or any city or county.
Our content
The site's own texts, design and the DogParkly name and logo belong to the operator. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Do not copy the site as a whole or present it as your own.
Fair use of the site
Do not access the site in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it or on the OpenStreetMap tile servers it uses, for example by automated mass requests. If you need the underlying data, use the sources linked on How the data is built.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Germany. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
